As a Navy veteran and Licensed Master Social Worker, Shana possesses a strong clinical background from her Masters in both Forensic Social Work and Child Psychology, focusing on childhood trauma. She has researched the lifelong biological and behavioral impacts of early-life adversity, which greatly informs her therapeutic approach. This deep understanding also fuels her advocacy within the justice system—a passion of hers—and provides insight for individual therapy with children and adults. 

Shana’s professional flexibility extends to supporting autistic children and those with complex histories. She approaches this mission with the authenticity of a mother raising a daughter with ADHD and dyslexia and a son with an autistic PDA profile. Rooted in empathy and a non-judgmental philosophy, Shana meets individuals where they are, dedicated to helping every client translate their personal history into a path toward thriving.

Shana's hobbies include being outside and hanging out with family!
